Return & Exchange Policy

At Riley Clark Fine Art, we are committed to ensuring that you love your fine art investment. We stand behind the quality of every piece we create, which is why we offer a 14-day guarantee on all artwork.

Open Edition Prints (Paper & Canvas) – Full Refund or Exchange

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your open edition print isn’t the perfect fit, we offer a full refund or exchange within 14 days of delivery.

  • Returns:

    • To initiate a return, email Support@rileyclarkfineart.com with your order details.
    • The artwork must be returned in its original packaging and condition to qualify for a refund.
    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label for your convenience.
    • After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.
  • Exchanges:

    • If you would like to exchange your open edition print for another of equal or greater value, simply contact us within 14 days.
    • The original print must be returned in its original packaging and condition before we can ship your replacement.

Limited Edition Metal Prints – Exchange or Store Credit Only

Because limited edition prints are exclusive, we do not offer full refunds. However, we want you to be fully satisfied with your investment, so we offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges:

    • If your limited edition print doesn’t fit your space as expected, you may exchange it for another print of equal or greater value or receive store credit toward a future purchase.
    • The original print must be returned in its original condition and packaging before we process the exchange.
  • Damaged Prints:

    • Every limited edition print is carefully packaged and fully insured for shipping.
    • If your artwork arrives damaged, we will replace it free of charge.
    • To receive a replacement, please email Support@rileyclarkfineart.com with clear photos of the damage within 14 days of delivery.
  • Why We Don’t Offer Refunds on Limited Editions:

    • Each limited edition print is part of an exclusive, collectible series, meaning once a print is sold, it cannot be restocked.
    • This ensures that each collector receives a truly rare and valuable piece of artwork.

Important Notes

  • Custom or Personalized Orders: Non-refundable and not eligible for exchange.
  • Condition Requirement: Returned artwork must be in its original condition and packaging.
  • Shipping Costs: We provide free return shipping for all approved returns and exchanges.
  • Processing Time: Refunds or exchanges are processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
