Shipping Policy

Shipping Costs
Good news—shipping is always FREE on all orders within the United States.
(Yeah, Amazon might’ve taken a page from my playbook.)

Where I Ship
At this time, I only ship within the United States. I hope to expand internationally in the future, so stay tuned!

Production & Delivery Times
Every piece is made to order with care. Here’s what to expect:

• Paper and Canvas Prints: Production takes 2–3 business days, plus 2–3 business days for shipping.

• Limited Edition Prints: These take a little more time—expect 8–12 business days for production, plus shipping time.

Please note: Production times may vary slightly during the holidays.

I ship using USPS or FedEx, depending on the size of the print and destination. You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your order is on its way.

Packaging
Each piece is securely packaged to ensure it arrives safe and sound. That said, sometimes shipping companies get a little rough with packages (it happens 😅). If your print arrives damaged, scroll down to see how I’ll make it right.

Return & Exchange Policy

Paper and Canvas Prints
I want you to love your art. If for any reason you're not completely satisfied, I gladly accept returns on paper and canvas prints within 14 days of delivery. The item must be in its original condition and packaging.

To initiate a return, just email me at support@rileyclarkfineart.com.
Return shipping costs may apply.

Limited Edition Prints
Due to their collectible and exclusive nature, Limited Edition Prints are not eligible for returns. However, I do offer exchanges or store credit if needed—just reach out within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or not quite right, please contact me right away at support@rileyclarkfineart.com

Send a photo of the issue and your order number, and I’ll send a replacement free of charge.
