1. Use of Website

This website and all content, including images, text, and products, are owned by Riley Clark and are protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, republish, distribute, or use any content without written permission.

2. Orders & Payments

All products are made to order. Once an order is placed and payment is confirmed, processing begins. Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. I reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including errors in pricing or availability.

3. Shipping

Free shipping is available on all U.S. orders. Shipping times and carriers are detailed on the Shipping & Return Policy page. International orders are not accepted at this time.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns are accepted on paper and canvas prints within 14 days of delivery. Limited Edition prints are eligible for exchanges or store credit only. Please refer to the full Return Policy here.

5. Intellectual Property

All images, text, branding, and artwork on this site are the sole property of Riley Clark. Unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

6. Limitation of Liability

While I do my best to ensure accurate information, I am not responsible for errors, delays, or damages resulting from use of this website or the products sold.
