- Limited Edition Metal Prints: No refunds, but you may exchange for another piece or receive store credit.
- Damaged Prints: If your artwork arrives damaged, we’ll replace it for free—just send us photos immediately so we can process your exchange.

Open Edition Paper & Canvas Prints
We take great care in producing high-quality open edition prints to ensure you receive a stunning, museum-grade piece. Our open edition prints typically arrive within 10 business days from the time of your order.
- Production Time: 2-3 business days
- Shipping Time: 3-5 business days
While we strive to meet these timelines, high order volumes or unexpected shipping delays may occasionally extend processing times. If this happens, we will keep you updated with a revised timeline.
To facilitate fast and efficient delivery across the continental United States, we utilize distribution centers located in Southern California and the Midwest.

In most cases, your Limited Edition print should arrive within 14 business days from the time of your order. Please note that these high-quality, archival pieces are not mass-produced or pulled from warehouse stock—each one is crafted with precision and care.

Please note that the Certificate of Authenticity will be shipped separately from the art piece to ensure it is not lost during the packaging and production of your artwork. This usually arrives before your print.Â

Our Limited Edition prints are produced using a unique, high-resolution printing process that captures maximum detail, depth, and color accuracy—far superior to traditional methods used for open edition prints. Each piece is hand-signed and comes with a Certificate of Authenticity, ensuring its rarity and value.
Open Edition prints, while still high-quality, do not have a set production limit and are printed using traditional methods. They are a great way to enjoy Riley Clark’s work at a more accessible price, but they do not carry the same exclusivity or premium detail as the museum-quality Limited Editions.
